  • Hoison guarantees that product held with manufacturing defects after testing made by Hoison Technical Support, a free exchange can be requested within 15 working days (the actual date may varies according to local laws and regulations) of the purchase date (subject to actual date the product was received)
  • 1. Hoison guarantees one year free repairing service for product with no man-made faulty, Hoison takes the responsibility for the shipping.
    2. Product held man-made faulty, the charging would be in accordance with the spare parts cost (as attached the spare parts price-list), and client takes the responsibility for the shipping.
    3. For more than one year, Hoison provides lifetime repairing service with client little charged.

1. a) Refund within 7 working days with product sent in including all original accessories, attachments and packaging, and without damage on any part of the product. b) free exchange for product with manufacturing defect. c) one year free repairing with no manufacturing defect.

3. Refund or exchange on quality problem: consult online support & upload problem proof.
With problem verified, send back to Hoison for checking and dealing refund or exchange processing.


Out of Warranty

1. Damage caused by improper installation, operation, maintenance or keeping
2. Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, entry of foreign liquid-in, misuse, crash, accident and using non- equipped accessories. Or labels, serial numbers, waterproof mark, false proof mark etc show signs of tampering or altering.
